REFUND POLICY

creatox.ae is an online service provided by CREATOX.media-FZCO. We place great importance on customer satisfaction. This refund policy describes the terms and conditions for any refunds for the services and offerings on creatox.ae. By using our services, the customer agrees to these refund terms.
Refund entitlement:
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or defective devices: If a delivered device is defective or does not function as intended, the customer must immediately notify us via WhatsApp via the support hotline to receive a refund or replacement.
Cancellation:
1.Full refund: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
2. Partial refund:
For cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before the start of the contracted service, we will charge 50% of the total amount.
3. No refunds:
For cancellations made up to 6 hours before the scheduled start of the service.
Other Services:
Refunds for other services, such as consulting or training, will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please contact us at support(at)creatox.ae to discuss your specific situation.
Non-refundable Services:
Refunds are not possible under the following circumstances:
Subsequent equipment defects.
Damage to the equipment when used without Creatox's specialist staff in your possession.
No-show at the agreed production location or for a studio session without prior cancellation.
Providing incorrect or partially incorrect location information or failure of the client to arrive at the agreed production address.
Services already provided or partially provided.

How to request a refund:
Contact: Send us an email to support(at)creatox.ae or send us a WhatsApp message at +971 1700330 with your order details and the reason for the refund.
Please attach any relevant photos, receipts, or evidence to support your claim.
We will address your concerns directly and provide you with a proposed solution.
Refund Methods:
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Changes to this Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Please check this page regularly for updates.
