General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of CREATOX.media
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between CREATOX.media (hereinafter "Creatox") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") regarding a service ordered via the website: creatox.ae, mobile media production studios, and the rental of media equipment and media production studios in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The Customer's order is considered a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as Creatox confirms the order in writing or electronically and has made payment for the booked service.
2.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
3. Service Offer
3.1. The customer orders a service from Creatox via creatox.ae, within a bookable period, in the form of:
1) mobile media production equipment or
2) renting a Creatox production studio
from the selection offered on creatox.ae.
3.2. The booked service begins with the booked time period, regardless of the setup, at the customer's desired location or the booked media production in a Creatox partner studio. The service time ends with the end of production. An extension of the service time is only possible after prior agreement and at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the service.
4. Provision of the ordered equipment
4.1. Delivery, as well as on-site setup and dismantling, is carried out exclusively by Creatox employees.
4.2. The customer is solely responsible for their punctuality within the booked service period. Delays may result in additional costs if the service time needs to be extended.
If the customer is more than 30 minutes late after the start of the booked service time, Creatox may cancel the appointment. The customer shall bear the cancellation costs.
5. Use and Duty of Care
5.1. The customer is obligated to use the rented equipment properly and treat it with care.
5.2. Transferring the rental items to third parties without Creatox's consent is not permitted.
5.3. The customer is liable for damages caused by improper use or negligence, as well as for loss, theft, or damage to the provided equipment if they have not ordered a video creator from Creatox, for the entire rental period.
5.4. The Creatox employee who delivers the equipment is only liable for the time it is set up and dismantled. Once production starts, the customer is responsible for the equipment until dismantling.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1. The current prices can be found on the website www.creatox.ae or in the offer.
6.2. Payment must be made before delivery via Stripe, PayPal, or other payment methods listed on the website.
6.3. The customer must pay the full final amount in advance when booking the service. 6.4. If the service period is extended, the additional costs must be paid directly after production via online payment to the Creatox employee.
8. Cancellation of a Booked Order
8.1. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
8.2. For later cancellations, a fee of up to 50% of the service price may be charged.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The law of the United Arab Emirates applies.
9.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Dubai.
9.3. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. These Terms and Conditions are effective from September 1, 2025, and may be amended by Creatox.media at any time.
